Diana is a wonderful person who is great at her job. She was the one and only person who we considered when selling our house because she was so awesome when she represented us when we initially bought it . I could go on and on about how wonderful it was working with Diana. She even found us an awesome realtor in North Carolina through Coldwell Banker Realty. I would highly recommend Diana to Everyone!

We are so very appreciative of Diana’s diligence in meeting all our needs and concerns through our long-distance buying process.. There were unforeseen issues with the first home we wanted to purchase and difficulty getting our deposit back. Diana was positive and encouraging and with us every step of the way. I was selling a manufactured home which involved Several issues with my Buyer. Even though not my selling agent, she would go the extra mile to work me through situation with my Buyer and my Realtor. She also made communication with our lender and title company run smoothly. This was not an easy process due to no fault of our own. But I could readily reach Diana and get total support in each situation. So grateful

Thank you Diana for helping make our home buying experience the best it could be. You helped us work through some ripples along the way with our first choice, but thankfully we ended up with a better home! We felt your responses with each situation were quick and reassuring even when I felt like the chips were down! We greatly benefited from your experience in the field. While our selling agent made life difficult, you helped us work through it all, even issues with our lender requirements. We can truly say you wanted us to find the right house to meet our needs and ultimately make us happy!

As a first-time homebuyer the process seemed overwhelming. Negotiating, inspecting and of course the prospect of being outbid. Then came the answer to my prayer, Diana my realtor. Diana kept me informed of every step of this process and even convinced me to look at a property that I initially didn't want to which in turn became the house I purchased. I am glad to write this review. I hope that this helps someone in the home buying process. Trust and communication are the pillars of working with any realtor. Diana is a perfect example of professionalism, dedication, and credibility.

Diana was wonderful. She was genius at finding us our forever home. Diana stuck with us during the long process and was our coach, mentor and advocate until the closing. Diana is amazing at what she does. My family and I moved from NJ to FL. We were only able to stay for a week and had no luck in finding the "right" house. After we left FL Diana continued to send us listings and continued with phone calls. She would set up virtual tours of houses that we wanted to see. She made you feel as though you were right there with her. In the short time we had while visiting, Diana had picked up on our likes and dislikes, and new exactly what it was we were most interested in. Having a virtual tour with Diana is almost the equivalent of having a home inspection, she is that good! She new what we were looking for and never gave up, even though we felt like doing that a hundred times. She was very reassuring that the right house would come along. Even when a house we made an offer on was lost out to another offer, she kept telling us not to give up, the house could come back on the market, and she was right! A house we had seen on our visit had come back on the market and Diana notified us immediately and we were able to purchase that house. If not for her attention to detail, dedication, and desire to see her clients in their forever home, our dream of living in FL might never have happened. We owe a world of thanks to Diana! She truly knows what she is doing! I would recommend her to everyone.

Diana did a marathon with us since we were down for a long weekend. She worked long days so we could see all that was available and that was quite a few homes. She is quite knowledgeable in all the retirement communities that she showed us in Leesburg. She did help us all the way though the closing and answered any questions we had as well as made herself available when we did have them. She is a great agent, and person and you would be lucky to have her!
